My approach to therapy is grounded on the belief that clients can change or modify aspects of their life that no longer accurately represent who they are or how they want to be perceived by others. I believe in empowerment, the infinite power of self-help and solution-focused therapy. I work with each individual to modify thinking patterns and find a way to maintain positive self-esteem over the course of their lives regardless of what kind of challenges face them.
