Get to Know:
I believe that good therapy helps people let go of unnecessary burdens and unleashes their potential to lead a life of meaning.

Depression, anxiety and relational conflicts are often signs that we may be engaging life from an unhealthy perspective, one clouded with attachment to outdated and/or unhelpful beliefs about ourselves and our lives. My passion as a therapist is to help my clients gain clarity about themselves and what they most value in life so they can begin to make more constructive choices, ones that are in line with who they truly are and the life they want to lead.

The first step in any good and meaningful therapy is to establish a strong, connected and trusting relationship upon which our work together can be built.

I have over 14 years of experience as a Licensed Psychologist and I work with adults, adolescents and children in individual, couples and family therapy.

I look forward to getting to know you and to offering you an open platform on which we can examine your concerns and help you bring about lasting and positive change in your life.

I have a strong interest in issues related to relationships, and enjoy conducting couples and family therapy as well as working with individuals who are experiencing relationship or intimacy-related concerns. I also have significant experience with college and graduate students with a particular focus on their individuation process and establishment of their identities. A third area of Interest is around culturally-related concerns, so international students for whom the process of individuation is compounded by cultural adjustment issues, or older international adults who are trying to adapt to a new cultural environment, or couples in mixed race/ethnicity relationships.
