Biography

I work with adults, children, couples and families in our Brookline, Massachusetts office at 7 Kent Street in Brookline Village.

Issues my clients face include:

  • Parents trying to help their children manage social and behavioral issues at home and at school, and diagnoses such as ADHD
  • Teenagers dealing with school, relationship or family issues
  • Adults struggling with anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss
  • Adults, children, and adolescents coping with trauma

I use a range of therapy approaches in my work, but all include compassion, and most importantly, collaboration with my clients.

I believe that it is important to create a space where the client is free to pursue difficult or painful topics within a context of healing, growth, and renewal. I strive to create this safe space by building a trusting, accepting, and supportive therapeutic relationship.

As a clinician, I endeavor to help clients to feel grounded in the present, connected to the people whom they care about, and able to enjoy the gifts that life has to offer them.
