Get to Know:
In my work with Chronic & Complex PTSD, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills have proven very effective. I also use “parts work” which is an approach based on the model of Internal Family Systems (IFS), which welcomes and explores the various parts, points of view, or conflicted emotions which often develop in response to trauma or major stress. I incorporate these throughout the various stages of EMDR to fully facilitate healing and recovery.
I welcome any questions you may have about how these treatments work and if they make sense for you. Therapy is about the individual who seeks to add a new chapter to their story, travel down a new path, or give themselves an alternative ending. I look forward to meeting you and working together.

Healing is a journey for the courageous!
