Adolescents, Adults, Couples, Older Adults
My experience as a therapist and as a nurse has given me the opportunity to offer and provide support, understanding and encouragement to those who may be feeling sad, confused, depressed or overwhelmed in their interpersonal relationships. We live in a world of many challenges and opportunities, and are often faced with difficult choices and decisions which can affect ourselves as well as others who are close and very important to us. I feel privileged to be able to assist individuals and couples with whatever issues they may be dealing with, whether it involves the present or past areas of their lives.
My goal is to be kind, compassionate, empathetic, and to provide knowledge, guidance and sense of direction to those who are seeking to be comfortable with themselves and the world we live in. I define health to include three interacting parts; physical, psychological and emotional and I wish to promote optimal health in my clients, enabling them to feel safe and confident in their ability to grow.
