My approach to therapy is a person-centered approach. You are the expert on your life, your aspirations and difficulties. You can count on me to always engage deeply with you, to hear you in a full and complete way and to work assiduously and collaboratively with you to aspire to meaningful and abiding change..
Models of treatment I use include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person Centered and Trauma Focused Therapies.

It has been my great privilege to work in the mental health field for the past ten years. I have worked closely with people of all ages together with them have addressed a myriad of life and diagnostic challenges.
For me, the therapy relationship is primary and sacred and it is the quality of this relationship which more than anything else, impacts the quality of the treatment.
