I specialize in the treatment of young adults, which usually means college age and young professionals, struggling with depression and anxiety (more specifically anticipation anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks) and issues related to self-esteem, body image, eating issues, self harm, emotion regulation, relationships, transitions, and trauma. My therapy approach depends, of course, on the presenting problem and the goals of the client, but can be psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, motivational interviewing, or within a trauma framework.
