Young adults, adults
I utilize principles and strategies from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy while also respecting the influence of cultural and social factors. I believe in the importance of lifestyle habits such as nutrition, sleep, exercise and other health behaviors on overall wellbeing. Most importantly, however, therapy will be tailored to your specific goals. During sessions, I aim to create a space to process and share your experiences openly as we collaborate to identify and work toward your desired goals. There are many reasons to seek therapy and many ways one can experience benefits. For whichever reasons that specifically lead you to therapy, I believe opportunity exists to live more effectively, enjoyably and meaningfully.
