My area of focus includes working with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and those facing major life transitions and challenges. My approach is described as collaborative, empathetic, holistic, and strength based. I incorporate concepts of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing into my sessions.
