I provide both brief and long-term in-depth therapy and have over 20 years of experience as a therapist. Drawing on a variety of psychotherapy approaches including Client Centered Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Insight-Oriented Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused and Strength Based Therapy, and Coaching. The result is an eclectic and holistic approach that is individualized for each client and designed to help each client reach their own personal goals.
